2019/20 following recent announcements by Welsh Government; and the
report made to County Council on 11th December 2018;
and
(2) to set out a suggested process for Stage 3 leading to the
setting of a balanced budget in early 2019 (noting that the Local
Government Settlement is due to be announced on 19th December)
