Decision:
That planning permission be granted subject to the applicant entering into a Section 106 Obligation/Unilateral Undertaking and the conditions listed in the report, in accordance with the officer recommendation, and amendments and additional condition in the late observations. Amendment of 2.01(c) to read ‘secure the gifting of an area of land within the site to Hawarden Community Council prior to the commencement of the development of the proposed new community centre and control the use of the land for that purpose’.
