To provide Committee Members with the updated draft Investment Strategy Statement for approval, and to note rationale for investment strategy review and agree to updating the 2023/24 Business Plan accordingly.

a)    The Committee noted and approved the final ISS.

b)    The Committee noted the rationale for reviewing the investment strategy and agreed to updating the 2023/24 business plan to include a review of the investment strategy early in 2024.
