That planning permission be granted, in line with the officer’s recommendation as amended by the late observations, including:
· no new material considerations being raised by the Town and Community Council by 5pm on Friday 28 July 2017; and
· the applicant entering into a Section 106 Obligation/Unilateral Undertaking or early payment for contributions as detailed in the report but as amended, to provide for 9 intermediate affordable homes for sale at a discount market rate.
