Purpose:
Following a request by the Committee in
February 2021, this report provides an update on the work carried
out to date by Jacobs to develop a Strategic Business Case (SBC)
for a new hydrogen hub at Deeside and seeks comments from
Members.
Decision:
That the Committee support the work carried out to date in partnership with the NWEAB to consider the options for a hydrogen energy hub in Deeside.
