Purpose:
The report provides the annual update on the
Council Housing Needs prospectus which allows the local authority
to identify their priorities for Social Housing Grant as part of
the WG Grant framework. The prospectus also provides a clear and
concise summary of the housing need and demand.
Decision:
(a) That the Committee support the content of the draft Flintshire Housing Need
Prospectus; and
(b) That the Committee note the Local Housing Strategy 2019-24 was due for
review next year.
