To update Cabinet, following the Council meeting on 1  March 2013.

As detailed in the recommendations.  The following additional recommendation was agreed at the meeting:

4.02.04                      To grant delegated authority to the Director of Environment,

following consultation with the Deputy Leader and Cabinet Member for Environment, to formalise with Council managed car parks should be included for enforement action across the County and a list included in the business case to be submitted to Wesh Government for Civil Parking Enforcement.
