Purpose:
The purpose of the report is to set out initial proposals for the Council Fund Capital Programme for 2015/16 (with indicative funding estimates for future years).
This report covers the Council Fund only. The Housing Revenue Account (HRA) capital programme proposals will be considered alongside the HRA revenue budget proposals for 2015/16 by Cabinet and the Housing Overview and Scrutiny Committee in January 2015.
