Community Endowment Fund including a review of Flintshire’s
grant awards
ii) Support the proposal to merge the Welsh Church Act Fund within
Flintshire’s Community Foundation fund and transfer the
administration and management of the fund to the Community
Foundation in Wales
iii) Endorse Corporate Resources Overview and Scrutiny Committee to
review the proposal in detail

(4) That there be more regular reporting on the performance and impact of the Fund.
