Purpose:
That the Council approves its share of the projected increase in costs for the capital refurbishment of the Theatre provided Welsh Government also agrees to bear its share of the extra costs in line with the proportions previously agreed.
Decision:
As detailed in the recommendations, with an additional recommendation of:
- That Cabinet refers the project to County Council for a final decision in the event that Welsh Government is unable or unwilling to proportionally increase its contribution in line with the increased costs of the project.
