That the Committee notes the progress which has been made.
Minutes:
In presenting the report, the Head of Democratic Services confirmed that all actions had been completed, including Councillor Richard Jones’ request for information on the impact of the emergency situation on Out of County Placements.
The recommendation was moved and seconded by Councillors Dunbobbin and Rush.
