Decision:
That planning permission be granted subject to the applicant entering into a Section 106 Obligation or up-front payment of £733 per apartment in lieu of on-site public open space provision, the off-site contribution being used to enhance existing public open space in the community, namely Higher Common Play Area. Also subject to the conditions set out in the report, in accordance with the officer recommendation.
