To hold a pre-hearing review in order to consider practical details in advance of a hearing relating to a complaint of alleged breach of Flintshire County Council’s Code of Conduct for members, in accordance with the procedure adopted by the Council for dealing with complaints referred by the Public Services Ombudsman.
