Decision:
The Sub-Committee considered all of the relevant matters together and on the balance of probability were not satisfied that the Applicant is a fit and proper person as under the meaning within the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976 to hold a Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Driver’s Licence and that accordingly the application must be refused.
