Mandatory Licensing Scheme for Special Procedures To update Members with regard to Special
Procedures Licensing, and to seek their approval to delegate the
functions relating to Special Procedures that have been delegated
to the Licensing Committee, under the Public Health (Wales) Act
2017, to a sub-committee structure. Additional documents: Decision:
(a) To approve the sub-delegation of the functions delegated to the Licensing Committee, under the Public Health (Wales) Act 2017, to a sub-committee structure. (b) That Members to undertake training when the statutory guidance has been published by Welsh Government. (c) That a letter be sent to Welsh Government from the Chair of the Committee outlining the concerns raised over the scope of the businesses covered within the draft guidance. |
