Appointment of Vice-Chair To appoint a Vice-Chair for the Committee Decision: That Councillor David Cox be appointed Vice-Chair of the Committee for 2017/18. Minutes: The Chair sought nominations for the role of Vice-Chair of the Committee for 2017/18. Councillor David Cox was nominated which was duly seconded.

To confirm as a correct record the minutes of the previous meeting. Decision: That the minutes be approved as a correct record and signed by the Chair. Minutes: The minutes of the meeting held on 17th November 2016 had been circulated with the agenda.
RESOLVED:
That the minutes be approved as a correct record and signed by the Chair.
The Chair advised Members that the formal meeting had ended and the remainder of the morning would be a training session. Copies of the slides from the officers were handed out at the meeting with the legal slides being sent to Members separately. |
