To confirm as a correct record the minutes of the last meeting held on 19 February 2025.

To provide Committee with the Draft Wales Pension Partnership (WPP) Business Plan, including the WPP Objectives Budget for 2025/26 for approval.

To provide Committee Members with the Draft Clwyd Pension Fund Business Plan including the budget for 2025/26 for approval.

To provide Committee with the updated Administration Strategy and the new Draft Data Quality Policy for approval, and delegate final minor changes to the Pensions Administration Manager.

To provide Committee with an update on Funding and Investment matters including a recommendation to approve the nomination of the Investment Officer to the Wales Pension Partnership Officer Working Group.

To provide Committee with an update on Project Snowdon and support the continued work on Project Snowdon.

To provide Committee with an update on the Fund’s investment exposure to business enterprises listed on the United Nations Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (UN OHCHR) database, and agree next steps.
