That the final response on the Section 42 Consultation for the Awel y Mor Offshore Windfarm (Preliminary Environmental Information Report) be delegated to officers in consultation with the local Members (Ffynongroyw, Gronant and Trelawnyd Gwaenysgor).

That planning permission be granted subject to the conditions set out in the report and the following two additional conditions, and Section 106 Obligation to provide Bus Stop improvements, in accordance with the Officer’s recommendation.

• That a detailed landscaping scheme and management plan be submitted and approved by the County Council’s Planning Services; and

That the submission and approval of a delivery management plan be  attached to any permission
