Minutes: The Solicitor advised the Committee that the reports on the agenda referenced the Unitary Development Plan and Local Development Plan policies as they were prepared prior to the Council formally adopting the Local Development Plan (LDP) on 24 January 2023. She advised that as the LDP was now the primary strategy and policy document against on which the Council should make decisions on planning applications and appeals, Members must take into account the LDP policies and other material considerations when determining the matters being presented. The updated position on relevant LDP policies had been reflected in the late observations circulated prior to the meeting.
