The Chairman allowed Members an opportunity to read the late observations which had been circulated prior to the meeting and were appended to the agenda item on the Council’s website.

The minutes of the meeting held on 22 November 2023 were submitted. 

Accuracy

That a personal declaration of interest be recorded for all Committee Members present on agenda item 6.1 (062458)as they had been contacted on three or more  occasions by objectors.

Subject to the above amendment the minutes were confirmed as a correct record, as moved and seconded by Councillors Bernie Attridge and Chris Bithell.

There were no items recommended for deferral.

That planning permission be granted, in accordance with the Officer’s recommendation, subject to the conditions as set out in the report and late observations, and an additional condition requiring details of tree planting to provide year-round screening along the site boundaries.

That planning permission be granted subject to the Section 106 Obligation and conditions as set out in the report, in accordance with the Officer’s recommendation.

There were 3 members of the public present at the start of the meeting.
