To inform Members of The Democracy and Boundary Commission Cymru recently published Electoral Review practice and policy consultation.

Due to a change in group membership we need to review the Political Balance and the allocation of seats on Committees.

To endorse the review of the Code of Corporate Governance

To consider appointing the preferred candidate for the Lay Member vacancy on the Governance and Audit Committee.

This item is to receive any Notices of Motion. Two have been received and are attached to the agenda.  A briefing note is attached in relation to the first Notice of Motion.
