Issue - decisions

(a)       That the Forward Work Programme be approved; and

(b)       That the Education & Youth Overview & Scrutiny Facilitator, in consultation with the Chair, Vice-Chair and officers, be authorised to vary the work programme between meetings, as the need arises.
