To seek Cabinet approval of the evaluation matrix which will be used to assess and prioritise all Highway Improvement Schemes to provide transparency, County wide consistency and ensure maximum benefit is derived from any available funding source.
To seek Cabinet approval of the proposal to introduce an evaluation matrix which will be used to assess and prioritise Traffic Regulation Order related requests to ensure that revisions and variations are carried out on a defined and clear priority basis.
