Measured Term Contract - Minor Refurbishment Works 2017 to 2021
There have been a number of measured Term
Contracts (MTC) used over the last six years to procures building
and construction work from the Councils capital programme. This
report seeks support to develop and procure a new MTC contract on
the basis that he current one will expire at the end of this
current calendar year.
