Operational Audit Plan & Recommendation Tracking
To inform Members of progress against the
operational plan for 2012/13. The plan is attached (Appendix A). A
summary of the changes from the original plan is attached (Appendix
B). This also shows amendments reported to previous Audit Committee
meetings. The results of the current recommendation tracking since
the previous Audit are also attached (Appendices
C&D).
