Capital Strategy and Capital Programme 2013/14 to 2022/23

The purpose of the report is to –

(a) Propose the allocation of funding to the core capital programme in 2013/14 (with indicative allocations for future years).

(b) Set out work that has been undertaken (and continues), to develop a Council Fund Capital Strategy and 10 year Capital Programme for the Council.
