Flintshire Play Sufficiency Assessment & Action Plan
Following Play Sufficiency CMT report in April
2012 the final regulations and guidance has now been issued by
Welsh Government (October 2012). Since that time Leisure Services
have led in the process of udnertaking a Play Sufficiency
Assessment of FCC Services. The findings of this process are the
subject of this report to LLL Overview and Scrutiny (See Appendix
1). This draft report has already been shared with Welsh Government
(1st March 2013) given the tight deadlines set by the Regulations
issued in October. The purpose of this report is to seek the
guidance and advice of LLL Overview and Scrutiny with regards the
detail of the report which constitutes the formal statutory
response of FCC to Welsh Government.
